Soul Care

Psalm 42:1 "As the deer pants for streams of water, so my soul pants for you, my God."

The word "soul" is used 6 times in Psalm 42. The state of our souls usually range in emotions from praise to anguish, joy to suffering, faith to disbelief. We believe that God desires to meet the needs of our souls. One of the ways that He does this is through the blessing of community.

"Soul Care" is the name of our small group ministries here at MVCCC. The ultimate goal is to care and nurture our spiritual lives through a time in God's Word, fellowship, sharing and praying.

There are two Soul Care groups that meet right after Sunday Worship and three more Soul Care groups that meet in people's homes during the week. In addition, we have a monthly Join Soul Care meeting in which all the English Ministry Adults in the church gather for a potluck dinner and time of biblical and theological training.

We invite you to come out and receive nourishment for your souls at Soul Care.
